“WaveMakers” is a new docu-series produced by Swim Across America & Browning Productions & Entertainment that will inspire and show that humanity wins when we help others.

Cancer has deprived grandparents of precious time to pass on values, a dad of the emotional moment of walking his daughter down the aisle, and the joy of a mom watching her first-born walk.

Hope. There is hope. That is what any of us prays to hear if our doctor murmured those three horrible words, “you have cancer.” For three decades, Swim Across America has been giving hope by granting the proceeds, nearly $100 million dollars, from its charity swims to fund cancer research and clinical trials. Because of this purpose and humanity, more people are hearing “there is hope.”

This series will tell the humble beginnings (when a boat sunk at their first charity swim) and stories of the WaveMakers of Swim Across America who have created a community of hope. You’ll be inspired to meet the oncologists, survivors and Olympians who have given their heart & soul to helping others.

Swim Across America has editorial and content control providing opportunities to integrate segments, billboards and advertising. Swim Across America is additionally offering partners assets with our 21 charity swims providing leverage of TV, digital, and event messaging, and goodwill.
